General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We recommend ensuring the suitability of products before purchase, as returns are accepted only in certain circumstances.
All returns are subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and our extended commercial terms as detailed below.
Returns (Change of Mind / Unwanted Items)
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:

You must notify us via email at contact@commercialtapes.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted.
- We do not charge any restocking fees for standard returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation that the item has been returned in acceptable condition. A full refund will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 3-7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.

Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or repair at no cost to you.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as customers remain liable for goods until received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Exclusions

Custom-cut, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Items returned in unsellable condition may be rejected or refunded at a reduced rate.
