Shipping Charges

We apply a flat Standard Shipping rate of £12.00 (incl. VAT) per order.
Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout prior to order confirmation.

Order Handling & Delivery Timeline

Order Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Transit Time: Typically 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-off Time:
Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT) are processed same day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Address Changes

We cannot change your shipping address after the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately.
If your order has already left our warehouse, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further guidance.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

If possible, reject the delivery and notify the courier on the spot.
If the parcel is left in your absence, contact our support team within 24 hours at contact@commercialtapes.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps for a replacement or refund.
